Friday, July 3rd, 13:00-15:30 GMT

Learn & practice a simple technique that will help you make others feel seen, heard, and accepted as they are.

  • April: Processing Emotions & Inner Parenting

  • May: Stepping Into Your Power

  • June: Conscious Communication

  • August: Opening The Heart

  • September: Lightness Of Being

  • October: Finding Your Purpose

  • November: Finding Your Self

  • December: Realizing Your Potential

Types of Calls

Our calls last 90 minutes. They begin with 5 minutes of introductions and a 10 minute guided practice to settle into the space. You are free to participate as much or as little as you’d like, and you don’t have to stay for the full 90 minutes!

Discussion: This is your chance to learn/review the content for this module. I’ll review the key points, share additional information, and leave plenty of time for Q&A and discussion. You’ll get the most out of it if you’ve watched the relevant recording in advance.

Workshop: I’ll cover the key skills for this module, demonstrate how they are used, and give you the chance to put them into practice. You’ll get the most out of it if you have seen the relevant recording and come with a problem or goal in your life.

Sharing Circle: This is simply an opportunity for you and me to share our truth and our vulnerability in a safe, supportive, resourced environment.

Coaching Call: I coach you on your most pressing problems & goals based on the tools & concepts from the whole course as well as my 5+ years of experience coaching. Again, you’ll get the most out of it if you come with a specific issue or question.

FAQs

Agreements (Norms / Expectations)

By participating in this space, you implicitly agree to the following guidelines (please read before you join the call):

  • Avoid judging or giving advice: If you find yourself wanting to start a sentence with ‘you should’, ‘you need’, or even the word ‘but’, maybe take a breath and notice how you’re feeling. It can be beautiful to share the practices and concepts that have helped you, if you offer in a take-it-or-leave-it way. Generally, I invite you to focus on your own experience and share how what you witnessed impacted you!

  • Respect confidentiality: Feel free to talk about what happened on the calls, and especially how it impacted you. You’re also free to talk about who was on the calls (if you wish not to be identified, let’s talk). Just, please don’t connect the two. In other words, don’t talk about who said or did what.

  • Be silent during 1:1 coaching mini sessions: If I’m coaching someone, I’ll invite you to turn off audio & video and avoid sending emojis or chat posts. You’ll have a chance to share once our mini session is complete.

  • Take care of yourself: Please know that I’m a coach, not a licensed mental health professional. This means that in this container, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety and wellbeing. I invite you to embrace triggers as an opportunity to look inwards and meet your own needs, and I am more than happy to support you in that.

  • Follow basic decorum: I celebrate free speech and free expression. I’m cool with curse words and taboo topics. I just have a few requests on this front, knowing that some of you will be calling in from tropical places and may be into more confronting communication styles like radical honesty.

    • Wear appropriate clothing: Please cover your tops and bottoms – anything more than a bikini will do just fine!

    • Speak respectfully to others: If you’re feeling an intense emotion towards someone in the group, you can communicate it (e.g., ‘I’m angry’) rather than speaking from that place (e.g., ‘You ****’).

    • Turn off audio & video for personal breaks: (e.g., trips to the bathroom)
