Community Coaching

Community Coaching calls are an opportunity for you to gain simple, practical, and profound tools that can support you in your inner healing, personal development, and spiritual growth.

Every 2nd Wednesday at 5pm London time, we meet via Zoom for 90 minutes and explore a new topic drawn from my flagship program, A Path To Peace. Here are some topics you can expect!

The Structure

Meditation: We’ll start by taking ~10-minutes to get grounded and settled. For many of my clients, this is the part they cherish the most!

Presentation: Then, I’ll present for 15-30 minutes on a topic and a tool that has changed my life.

Q&A/Coaching: If you have a question, I and your peers will help answer it, and if you have a problem, I can work with you 1:1 while others step into a witnessing role.

My intention is for you to feel comfortable in the space.

You can participate as much or as little as you’d like.

You can join for as long or as short as you’d like.

You can even come late and pop in and out.

You can join while eating or from your bed.

You can tune in with video or just audio.

I really don’t mind!

  • This is for you if you have a desire to feel more at peace and be a more peaceful presence in the world, though in truth, these tools will support you whatever your goals are. These sessions will meet you wherever you’re at, whether you’re completely new to spirituality and personal development or you’ve been doing the work for decades, whether you’re desperately looking for a lifeline in a troubled time or you’re just curious to see what’s out there. All that’s required is a curiosity about self-improvement.

  • I’m a somatic life coach with 5+ years of experience helping entrepreneurs and spiritual seekers to find a deeper peace within themselves. I’m certified in Life Coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have also trained in trauma awareness and the Sedona Method of emotional release.

     My approach is a unique blend of mind and body, intention and surrender, empowerment and vulnerability. More than anything, I endeavor to provide a safe space, one in which you can remember what you have forgotten, uncover your truth, access your inner wisdom, and unlock your true potential.

    In addition to coaching, I write and perform music and host song circles around the world. All of this couldn’t be farther from where I started: in strategy consulting and the Peace Corps.

  • My mission is to bring more peace into the world by helping you find peace within yourself - by helping you to find yourself, be yourself, and meet all parts of yourself with love & lightness. I believe we are all one, so when you transform into a higher version of you, you also transform the spaces you’re in. And, as you heal, the world heals.

     The tools & concepts that I’ll share here have changed my life, and frankly speaking, I’m tired of seeing them hidden behind paywalls and reserved for the people ‘in the know’. Let’s spread the word, and let’s rise together!

  • Yes, please do! You can even share the Zoom link with them at the last minute. I intend for this space to be accessible and open to all.

  • There’s no requirement to participate or receive coaching. If you wish to receive 1:1 support on a topic, know that there’s no pressure to be fully prepared. We can always explore what’s arising for you in the moment.

    That said, the most effective coaching starts with a clear problem. In fact, I might even start by asking, “What’s your problem?” If you can answer that reasonably concisely, then you’re ready to make the best use of our time.

Norms & Expectations

By participating in this space, you implicitly agree to the following guidelines (please read before you join the call):

  • Avoid judging or giving advice: If you find yourself wanting to start a sentence with ‘you should’, ‘you need’, or even the word ‘but’, maybe take a breath and notice how you’re feeling. It can be beautiful to share the practices and concepts that have helped you, if you offer in a take-it-or-leave-it way. Generally, I invite you to focus on your own experience and share how what you witnessed impacted you!

  • Respect confidentiality: Feel free to talk about what happened on the calls, and especially how it impacted you. You’re also free to talk about who was on the calls (if you wish not to be identified, let’s talk). Just, please don’t connect the two. In other words, don’t talk about who said or did what.

  • Be silent during 1:1 coaching mini sessions: If I’m coaching someone, I’ll invite you to turn off audio & video and avoid sending emojis or chat posts. You’ll have a chance to share once our mini session is complete.

  • Take care of yourself: Please know that I’m a coach, not a licensed mental health professional. This means that in this container, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety and wellbeing. I invite you to embrace triggers as an opportunity to look inwards and meet your own needs, and I am more than happy to support you in that.

  • Follow basic decorum: I celebrate free speech and free expression. I’m cool with curse words and taboo topics. I just have a few requests on this front, knowing that some of you will be calling in from tropical places and may be into more confronting communication styles like radical honesty.

    • Wear appropriate clothing: Please cover your tops and bottoms – anything more than a bikini will do just fine!

    • Speak respectfully to others: If you’re feeling an intense emotion towards someone in the group, you can communicate it (e.g., ‘I’m angry’) rather than speaking from that place (e.g., ‘You ****’).

    • Turn off audio & video for bathroom breaks: You can join us again when you’re finished.
